At DBQ – The Quiet Shift, care and intention are placed into all services and digital offerings. Please review the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Coaching Services

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Missed sessions or no-shows are considered a completed session and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once access has been granted.
Please ensure that you review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Donations (if applicable)

Voluntary contributions or donations made to support DBQ – The Quiet Shift are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of DBQ – The Quiet Shift and do not create an ongoing obligation for future refunds
